Our journey towards a more resilient and responsible aviation

We offer low‑emission ground handling operations and high‑quality passenger services to our airline customers at 11 airports across Finland. We are a subsidiary of Finavia Group.

Our responsibility work is divided into three main themes of ESG principles: Environmental, Social, and Governance. At Airpro, we bring these to life through our own focus areas: Climate, Care, and Commitment.

Climate: Reducing our footprint

We are a pioneer in zero-emission ground handling, committed to reducing our environmental footprint. We aim to minimize our fuel emissions and use electric equipment.

Care: Staff wellbeing

We employed around 1 500 people in 2025 and are a major provider of entry-level jobs for young people. We promote equality in all aspects of our operations. This is reflected in our recruitment processes, career development opportunities, and reward systems.

Commitment: Compliance comes first

The quality of our operations and the emphasis on responsibility are at the core of our actions. We maintain an open reporting culture.

OUR JOURNEY TOWARDS THE FUTURE

Responsible actions are integrated in our everyday operations and decision‑making. As a frontrunner in low‑emission aviation services, we systematically develop our practices to reduce environmental impact and strengthen social responsibility.

We cheer by fostering a supportive, inclusive and safe work community that promotes employee wellbeing, engagement and collaboration.

During the reporting year, we reduced direct emissions by increasing the share of our electric fleet and by transitioning fully to renewable fuel oil in our operations. We strengthened competence development by providing all employees with access to environmental management training, supporting awareness, accountability and responsible conduct.

By improving data quality and reporting accuracy, we deliver measurable progress, enable informed decision‑making and ensure reliable monitoring of our environmental performance.

Continuous learning, innovation and collaboration are encouraged across the organization to support long‑term resilience. As the aviation industry undergoes transformation, we strengthen our capabilities, adapt our operations and contribute to a more sustainable future for aviation. Our ability to innovate and collaborate will define our path forward. We dare to grow.
