Airpro Renews ISAGO Registration

Airpro has successfully renewed its IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) registration, reinforcing its commitment to globally recognized safety and quality standards in ground handling operations. The renewed registration marks another milestone in Airpro’s decade‑long pursuit of continuous development and operational excellence across all stations.

The ISAGO audit conducted at Airpro’s Headquarters and Helsinki Airport evaluated both administrative and operational functions. The renewed registration includes essential areas such as organizational management and training, which are applied consistently throughout all Airpro locations.

Airpro has been an ISAGO‑registered ground handling provider since 2015. The latest renewal demonstrates the company’s ongoing dedication to meeting and exceeding international best practices for safety and quality.

Timo Venäläinen, Quality & Safety Manager, Airpro:

"Renewing the ISAGO registration demonstrates our consistent work in developing safety and quality. The standardized operating procedures form a strong foundation for our daily operations at all our stations. The continuity of the registration is above all an acknowledgment of our personnel, who perform demanding and precisely standardized work every day. ISAGO supports us in ensuring that our operations meet internationally accepted best practices."

Airpro received its first ISAGO registration in 2015 and has since renewed it in 2018, 2021, 2023, and now once again further strengthening its reputation as a trusted, safety‑driven ground handling service provider.
