We are excited to announce that we have launched a new Ground Support Equipment (GSE) cooperation with AeroGround at Munich Airport. The cooperation enables a strategic exchange and utalisation of Ground Support Equipment between Munich and Lapland to support seasonal operational need.
Two of Airpro's loaders are currently operating at Munich Airport — a significant milestone for our team and a proud moment to see our equipment in use internationally.
In return, Airpro will be utalising GSE equipment from Munich at Lapland Airports during the upcoming winter season. This exchange enhances our operational flexibility and strengthens our ability to meet seasonal demands efficiently.
Minna Saukkosaari, CFO & Fleet Director at Airpro, shares:
“By sharing resources across borders, we are not only optimising our operations but also strengthening our ability to respond to seasonal demands with agility and efficiency during the busiest time of the year at Lapland Airport. This collaboration with AeroGround at Munich Airport is a great example of how strategic partnerships can bring mutual value.”
Tobias Sander, Vice President Transport Services & Fleet Management at AeroGround, adds:
“Beyond the benefit of mutual support with GSE during peak seasons, we truly value our exchange and the transfer of know-how!”
The cooperation marks an important step in expanding our international network and enhancing our operational agility. We are truly pleased with this partnership and proud to see it already in action.
