Work aligned with air traffic. Our shifts are scheduled according to flight traffic, which brings variety to the workdays. This scheduling ensures flexibility and smooth airport operations while maintaining high-quality customer service. A workday may start early in the morning or end late in the evening.

Shift work. Shift work is a central part of daily life at the airport and brings rhythm to the job. We understand the importance of work-life balance. At Airpro, employees can submit work schedule reqeusts, which we call “heart requests.” Depending on your role, it may also be possible to join rotating shift groups.
