Ground and passenger services

With a staff of over 1300 professionals, we provide high-quality ground and passenger services for air traffic at 11 Finnish airports as well as cabin crew services.

Airpro is part of the Finavia corporation. Founded in 1994, we are one of the oldest ground handling companies in Finland and the only nationwide service provider in the Finnish aviation business.

Our work is recognised

A significant proof of the systematic development of our operations is the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) registration for Airpro at Helsinki and Oulu stations. Airpro is among the first ISAGO-registered ground service providers in the Nordic countries.

Cabin Crew and recruitment services

We offer cabin crew management and cabin crew recruiting services for airlines. By choosing us as your partner in Cabin Crew, you can be sure of the reliability of the necessary support functions. All the details of our service are defined together and scalable to the airline's specific needs. We negotiate our own collective agreement with local trade unions and know the local labour market.

Aircraft ground handling

From check-in to arrival – Airpro handles all stages of ground handling. We receive arriving aircraft and take care of the turnaround process as well. Our services include baggage handling, loading, de-icing as well as passenger services, and we assure that our ground handling staff will prepare the aircraft safely and on time.

Logistic services

Airpro offers its customers logistics services at airports. We provide logistics services tailored to the needs of our customers by transporting passengers and flight crew at apron using apron busses. In addition, we transport passengers from the terminal to the car park by airport parking bus.
