My name is Tea, and I work as Cabin Crew Business Manager here at Airpro. I joined Airpro team little over two years ago, and it has been exciting to be part of the huge ramp up that aviation industry has overcome after covid. This includes my responsibility area cabin crew unit.
Right when I started, I jumped into huge production where we employed nearly 200 cabin crew members to operate long haul flights from Arlanda. Naturally at the same time our permanent crew returned to work after long layoffs, to operate on charter flights from Helsinki. It was truly a unique kick-off for my aviation career, as I transferred from hotel business to Airpro.
Lately we have been challenged to explore different ways to offer our partnership within cabin crew services. This has taught us internally, that our teams’ expertise could be utilized with so many ways to offer our customers even better options to gain value from our services.
20 years of Cabin Crew management and more to come
Somewhat surprisingly, we noticed earlier this year that this fall 2023 we are celebrating the Airpro cabin crew unit’s 20th anniversary. Wow! Huge congratulations to us!
The success of our cabin crew business would not have been possible without the trust and support of our airline partners. As we stand on the threshold of a new decade in our business journey, we look forward to new challenges and fresh opportunities. As said earlier, we have been providing cabin crew for various airlines for over 20 years and now we are ready to also offer recruitment as service. During the past two decades we have recruited only within cabin crew unit over thousand individuals, after covid several hundreds.
