Airpro invests in active coaching management

To achieve our strategic objectives, Airpro's management is committed to strengthening active leadership, and the principles of coaching leadership have been chosen as a tool. The renewed Airpro Leadership Training ensures that frontline staff have the knowledge and skills to lead according to strategy and to promote employee performance and well-being.

Coaching focuses on employee development, support and self-direction, with an emphasis on constructive feedback, active listening and building trust. This approach promotes teamwork and collaboration, helping employees to achieve both personal and professional goals. Support for coaching management is provided by training and offering relevant information, and by coaching and mentoring Managers and Supervisors.

Airpro Leadership Training Package

Airpro has renewed its HR coaching model, which will be known as Airpro Leadership Training. This concept offers a wide range of content for superior roles, covering different aspects of day-to-day leadership, such as:

  • HR-led processes, such as new company systems and legislation.
  • Developing the frontline manager-employee relationship, such as the importance and practices of effective and clear communication, company social media guidelines, etc.
  • Digital projects, such as the content of digital tools and projects to facilitate frontline work.
  • Knowledge of the company finance and resourcing.

Updating management processes

Airpro continuously strives to develop its management processes to ensure that each frontline employee has the necessary skills to lead in line with the strategy. This requires continuous improvement of day-to-day management practices. It is important that frontline staff have the knowledge and skills to support their teams effectively.

Coaching management helps superiors to develop the skills and potential of their team members, thereby improving the performance and job satisfaction of the whole organisation.
