Siru Senne, Passenger Services Supervisor at Helsinki Airportshares how Airpro takes pride and ownership in the onboarding process in passenger services. In addition to her role as a people leader, Siru manages airline partnerships from passenger services perspective. 

"Our approach to partnerships ensures close collaboration to understand our partner's product, concept, and systems. When commencing partnership, we review the airlines training model with them and tailor our staff training based on our airline partners' needs. Training can be conducted by our partner, using a train-the-trainer model, or the partner can request us to conduct the training using their models and manuals to familiarize our staff with their products and processes. We make sure our staff is well-prepared and have the readiness to ensure our partners' high standards are met."

At Airpro, there is a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Regular feedback and input is sought from our partners, and enhancements to existing processes are proposed. Moreover, operations on 11 airports creates synergy. "Airpro has a great synergy with all airports where we operate at, and we support each other. We share knowledge and adapt it to suit the needs of a specific airport", Siru explains.

Our proactive approach ensures seamless collaboration and the best service for passengers. We are committed to continuous improvements, focusing on initiatives that benefit the collaboration and align with our shared goals. Our agile way of doing allows us to respond to our partners' needs by, for example, customizing roles. Siru shares "We tailored a special role to one of our partners to strengthen the operations and the service level. Also, we are often involved in test groups of, for example, new procedures or systems". Further, we even have the readiness to expand to new business areas based on our partner's needs

Communication is key to successful partnerships, and the approach to communication is set together with the partner. We follow up as agreed and take action if needed. By maintaining open lines of communication, we strengthen the collaboration.
