Airpro uses anonymous recruitment to support a fair and equal recruitment process

The cornerstones of HR, which are in line with our strategy, are responsibility and equity. In 2023, we saw strong growth in recruitment. Equal treatment and selection criteria are important in recruitment thus Airpro gets ready to use anonymous recruitment process. 

We are taking a major step towards more responsible working practices and therefore, we are experimenting with anonymous recruitment at Airpro! This is included in our sustainability objectives and demonstrates our commitment to a fair and equal working environment.  

Through our anonymous recruitment process, we ensure that selections to interview are made based only on the applicant's skills, experience and other application information, rather than personal details. Unconscious bias can have a significant impact on perceptions of best skills and therefore on recruitment decisions.  

The OPS Controller recruitment was selected as a debut to our anonymous recruitments because of its smaller scale and more targeted skills requirements. We are excited to develop our recruitment processes further and utilize anonymous recruitment in the future too.
