Joona Hurmerinta (M. Sc.) has been appointed Head of Operations and member of the bxecutive board at Airpro. Joona, currently working as Vice President, Supply Chain at VR Maintenance, will be joining Airpro after nine years of service for VR Group. Among other positions at VR Group, Joona has worked as Head of Resource and Traffic Planning with responsibilities ranging from traffic and resource planning to 24/7 production management.
In his new position starting August 1st, Joona will be responsible for Airpro operations at 16 airports across Finland and report to Managing Director Janne Hattula. His vast experience in traffic services management will be a valuable reinforcement to the team.
