Airpro will provide full ground handling services for Finnair’s flights at Tampere and Turku airports, which resumed on 25 October. The services include passenger services, ramp handling, baggage handling, and de-icing. Throughout the year, Airpro’s local teams will support approximately 1 500 operations across Tampere and Turku, ensuring smooth and reliable ground handling from arrival to departure. The flights are operated by Norra using ATR 72 aircraft.

The flights connect Tampere and Turku with Helsinki, offering convenient access from both cities to destinations in Finland, Europe and beyond.

“We are pleased to continue our long-standing cooperation with Finnair and to support the resumption of flight connections in Tampere and Turku. It is great to see these connections return. Our local teams look forward to welcoming passengers and providing smooth and reliable ground handling services at both airports,” says Henri Suurnäkki, Head of Network Operations at Airpro.

For Airpro, the cooperation reflects the company’s role in enabling journeys through safe and partner-focused aviation services. Through local operational expertise and close cooperation with Finnair, Airpro’s teams support smooth ground operations 10 airports across the country, extending from Helsinki in the south to Ivalo in the north.
