Marju Väisänen (LL.M) has been elected as Airpro's new HR Director, she will start work in June. Marju is a skilled HR professional with a strong background in HR management from the perspectives of both employment law and coaching management.
Väisänen has had a long career in HR, most recently she has worked as an HR manager and HR Business Partner. In HR management, a coaching and participatory approach is important to her, and she is a certified business coach. She also has a solid knowledge of the labor market and employment law.
